Beta Chi Theta provides an excellent Nationwide Alumni Network which can be utilized by any of its brothers for their individual professional growth and betterment.
Beta Chi Theta has an extensive professional network with brothers working for companies, including Fortune 500 companies, around the country, and even around the world. Through our nationwide alumni network, we believe any professional opportunity is possible to reach and achieve. The nationwide alumni network offers undergraduates a powerful tool and edge for success over others. Due to our close-knit brotherhood of gentlemen, our nationwide group of alumni generally care about the success of other brothers in the fraternity. Therefore, alumni are always willing to lend an extra hand in providing resume, networking, and career advice, passing on resumes to personal contacts, referring younger brothers for jobs, conducting information interviews, and mentoring younger brothers. As a result of this active involvement of the alumni network in the success of not only the undergraduate brothers of Beta Chi Theta, but all brothers throughout the fraternity, Beta Chi men are always more prepared than their peers when they enter the workforce.
Undergraduate and alumni brothers alike have access to our internal Alumni Database, which is a full exhaustive database of our alumni and there current employers and contact information. Our alumni are successful professionals in all areas, including but not limited to, Business, Medicine, Finance, Consulting, Engineering, Law, and Pharmacy. The Alumni mentor program allows undergraduates to identify successful alumni in the specific career path and field they are interested in, and work with the alumni to improve their skills and knowledge to successfully start and lay out their own career path.
Being a brother of Beta Chi Theta also provides and teaches the individual a variety of soft skills that are not learnt in a typical classroom setting, such as management, organizational, time management, communication, budgeting, speaking, and networking skills. Often, these soft skills are learnt from interacting and talking with alumni, and we strongly believe that these soft skills learnt correlate to increased success and engagement on the job.
In addition to working for companies of all sizes, many brothers chose to pursue graduate studies in the health disciplines, law school, business school, the arts, engineering, and Ph.D programs. Alumni are always willing to assist undergraduate brothers and other alumni brothers with preparation for graduate school acceptance exams, board and certification exams, and interview preparation.

No matter what company or graduate school you want to work for or attend, chances are there currently is, or will be alumni member working there or attending.
