Join a Chapter

As the Nation’s premier South Asian interest Fraternity, we pride ourselves in the the depth and expansiveness of our network of Chapters and Colonies. These existing entities have paved the way to help hundreds of individuals create their own legacy by providing them the opportunity to become a part of the movement that is Beta Chi Theta. These Chapters and Colonies are the doorway to our professional and social network that will help you achieve your goals and become a well balanced individual.
The general process of joining a chapter is to first participate in a week long event called “Rush”, which is an opportunity for you to mingle and learn about the brothers, the chapter, and the Fraternity. After rush, there is an interview process in which the most promising candidates will receive a bid. If you are given a bid, and choose to accept it then you will begin a new period in your life, starting with the New Member Education process. This process is meant to to teach you the history and values of the fraternity, enhance your organizational and time management skills, and most importantly form the bond of Brotherhood that makes Beta Chi Theta the fraternity that it is.
In fact, rushing a fraternity is very similar to a process that you have already experienced – the decision to attend the university you are at today.
